2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast s
1/2 cup BULL'S-EYE Kansas City Style Barbecue Sauce
6 oz. KRAFT Sharp Cheddar Cheese, cut into 24 thin slices
48 RITZ Crackers
2 green onions, sliced

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Cook chicken and barbecue sauce in saucepan on medium heat 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently. Meanwhile, cut cheese slices diagonally in half.
Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with chicken mixture and cheese.
Bake 4 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted. Top with onions.
Serve topped with additional barbecue sauce.
Use the breast meat from a rotisserie chicken or roasted chicken breast from the deli department of your supermarket. Refrigerate any leftover chicken for another use.
Use Your Microwave
Top crackers as directed. Place 6 topped crackers on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 20 sec. or until cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining topped crackers.
