1 container (16 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
2 pkg. (8.5 oz. each) corn muffin mix
2 egg s
1 can (15 oz.) cream-style corn
1 can (15-1/2 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded, minced

Heat oven to 375ºF.

Blend cottage cheese in blender until smooth; place in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mix just until blended.

Pour into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake 40 to 45 min. or until golden brown.
