What You Need
Original recipe yields 44 servings
1 pkg. (16 oz.) breakfast pork sausage, crumbled
1/2 cup each chopped green peppers and yellow onion s
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can (16 oz.) baked beans
1 can (10 oz.) RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, drained, coarsely chopped
1 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
2 oz. VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
3 green onions, sliced

Let's Make It
Brown sausage in large skillet; drain. Return sausage to skillet. Add peppers, yellow onions and garlic; cook and stir 3 min. or until crisp-tender.
Stir in next 4 ingredients; cook on medium-low heat 5 to 10 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and dip is heated through, stirring occasionally. Spoon into serving dish.
Top with sour cream and green onions.
Serve with large thin wheat snack crackers or multi-grain toasted chips.
For a Spicier Dip
Prepare using Mexican VELVEETA and/or canned diced tomatoes with jalapeno peppers.
Prepare using lean ground turkey, 2% Milk VELVEETA, and BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream.
