1 lb. cooked cleaned small shrimp
juice from 2 lime s, divided
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
3 cups finely chopped fresh pineapple
1 cup finely chopped red pepper s
1/3 cup finely chopped red onion s
2 serrano chile s, seeded, finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Toss shrimp with half the lime juice. Refrigerate 30 min.; drain.

Combine all remaining ingredients except crackers in large bowl. Add shrimp; mix lightly.
