What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
2 OSCAR MAYER Jumbo Wieners
1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
1 can (29 oz.) white hominy, undrained
2 Tbsp. sofrito sauce
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 lime, cut into 6 wedges

Let's Make It
Cut wieners lengthwise in half, then cut into thin slices. Place in large saucepan.
Add tomatoes, hominy and sofrito sauce; cook 15 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
Ladle into bowls; top with cilantro. Squeeze lime wedge over each serving.
Garnish each serving with sliced radishes in addition to the cilantro.
For added heat, add crushed red pepper or chopped jalapeno peppers to the wieners with the tomatoes, hominy and sofrito sauce. Continue as directed.
