3 each red and green cooking apples, sliced
1 cup water
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 pkg. (1 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding
1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
1/4 cup granular no-calorie sweetener
2 Tbsp. soft margarine
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

Heat oven to 350ºF.

Place apples in large bowl. Add water and lemon juice; toss to coat. Stir in dry pudding mix. Add cheese; mix lightly. Spoon into 2-qt casserole sprayed with cooking spray; cover.

Bake 40 min. or until apples are tender. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients until blended; sprinkle over apple mixture.

Bake 15 min. or until topping is golden brown.
