It's quick to make, but our Hot Dog Scrambler is full of good things—from crumbled chorizo and chopped tomatoes to shredded mozzarella and Sriracha sauce.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
4 oz. Mexican chorizo, crumbled
3 OSCAR MAYER Jumbo Wieners, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
3 egg s, beaten
1/2 cup chopped tomato es
1/4 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
4 corn tortilla s (6 inch), warmed
2 tsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro

Let's Make It
Cook chorizo in medium skillet on medium heat 10 min. or until done, stirring frequently. Drain; set aside. Wipe skillet with paper towel. Return chorizo to skillet. Add wieners; cook 5 min., stirring frequently.
Add eggs and tomatoes; cook and stir 3 min. or just until eggs are set. Top with cheese; cover. Cook on low heat 2 min. or until cheese is melted.
Spoon egg mixture down centers of tortillas; top with sauce and cilantro. Roll up.
Prepare using flour tortillas.
Chorizo can be cooked ahead of time. Cool, then refrigerate up to 24 hours. Reheat before using as directed.
How to Warm Tortillas
Wrap tortillas in damp paper towels. Microwave on HIGH 30 sec. or just until warmed.
