What You Need
Original recipe yields 20 servings
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen corn, thawed
1 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/4 cup finely chopped pickled jalapeño peppers

Heat oven to 350°F.
Spoon into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 20 to 25 min. or until dip is heated through and top is lightly browned.
This easy-to-make dip can be mixed together ahead of time. (No need to thaw the corn before mixing it with the other ingredients.) Refrigerate up to 24 hours before baking, increasing the baking time if necessary until dip is heated through.
Do not thaw the frozen corn before mixing it with the other ingredients. When baking, increase the baking time to 35 to 40 min. or until dip is heated through and top is lightly browned.
Serve with corn chips or assorted cut-up vegetables.
