Dip chicken in flour, then in egg and biscuit crumbs, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast. Place in single layer in shallow pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 20 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF). Meanwhile, bring tomatoes and dressing to boil in skillet on medium heat; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
Top chicken with cheese; bake 3 to 5 min. or until melted. Serve topped with tomato mixture.
Serve with hot cooked spaghetti. But watch the serving size - 2 oz. of uncooked spaghetti will yield 1 cup cooked spaghetti. Sprinkle each serving with 1 tsp. KRAFT Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping.
Add 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil to tomato mixture before cooking as directed.
