Original recipe yields 8 servings
6 cups chopped cactus paddle s
1 pkg. (9 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, chopped
1/2 small red onion, chopped
1 serrano chile, stemmed, finely chopped
1 plum tomato, seeded, chopped
2 tomatillo s, cut into wedges
1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

Bring cactus to boil in 1-1/2 qt. (6 cups) salted water in medium saucepan. Simmer on medium heat 15 min. or until tender; drain well. Cool 5 min.
Place cactus in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
Serve with saltine crackers.
Cactus paddles can be found already cleaned and chopped at the grocery store.
Salad can be prepared ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 24 hours before serving.
