A creamy dulce de leche sauce makes an elegant (and scrumptious!) topping for these refreshing strawberry dessert cups.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
2 cups boiling water
2 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
2 cups cold water
2/3 cup dulce de leche (sweetened milk caramel)
1/3 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
8 fresh strawberries, halved

Let's Make It
Add boiling water to gelatin mixes in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Pour into 8 dessert dishes. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
Mix dulce de leche and sour cream until blended; spoon over gelatin.
Top with strawberries.
Use 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O SIMPLY GOOD Strawberry Flavor Gelatin.
Prepare using your favorite flavor of JELL-O Gelatin.
Add 2 cups boiling water to gelatin mix; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add enough ice cubes to cold water to measure 2 cups. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Continue as directed.
