What You Need
Original recipe yields 12 servings
3 lb. boneless skinless chicken thigh s
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Sweet Brown Sugar Barbecue Sauce
1 cup chicken broth
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup dried apricots, quartered
1/2 cup golden raisins
1 Tbsp. curry powder
3 cloves garlic, minced
6 cups hot cooked long-grain brown rice

Place chicken in slow cooker. Combine all remaining ingredients except rice; pour over chicken. Cover with lid.
Cook on LOW 8 hours (or on HIGH 5 hours).
Serve over rice.
Substitute boneless skinless chicken breasts for the chicken thighs; cut in half before placing in slow cooker. Continue as directed.
