What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. raisins
2 tsp. ground Mexican cinnamon (canela)
3 small each Red and Golden Delicious apple s, cored
6 fresh rosemary sprigs
1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
2/3 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Heat grill to medium heat.
Mix first 4 ingredients until well blended; spoon into centers of apples.
Place 1 apple on each of 6 sheets heavy-duty foil; top with rosemary. Wrap foil around apples to make packets.
Grill 20 min. or until apples are softened. Serve topped with powdered sugar and COOL WHIP.
Cool, then refrigerate any leftover cooked apples. Chop and serve over your favorite cereal, yogurt or oatmeal as part of your breakfast.
