What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
4 tomatillo s (about 1/2 lb.)
2 serrano chile s
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
1 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. dried Mexican oregano
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
6 small cactus paddle s (about 1 lb.), cleaned
1 cup refried black beans, warmed
1/4 cup chopped red onion s
3/4 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Four Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA

Let's Make It
Heat grill to medium heat.
Blend first 3 ingredients in blender just until blended. (Some chunks can remain.)
Combine oil, oregano and cumin; brush onto cactus. Grill 8 min. or until tender, turning occasionally. Transfer to plate.
Spread cactus with beans; top each with 1 Tbsp. tomatillo mixture. Cover with onions and cheese. Serve with remaining tomatillo mixture.
Where to Find Cactus
Look for packaged cleaned cactus paddles in the produce section of Hispanic grocery stores.
Cactus paddles are done when the color turns from bright green to opaque.
