What You Need
Original recipe yields 10 servings
1/2 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Cracked Pepper Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. zest and 1 Tbsp. juice from 1 lemon
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
2 lb. new potatoes, quartered, cooked and cooled
1/4 cup pimento-stuffed green olive s
2 green onions, sliced

Mix mayo, lemon zest, juice and basil in large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
New potatoes are often found in bags labeled "red potatoes- B size." Their sizes can range from 1 to 2 inch. When using larger new potatoes, cut them into 6 pieces instead of into quarters.
