1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 onion, chopped
1 can (14.5 oz.) chicken broth
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA, divided
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 lb. red potatoes (about 6), peeled, thinly sliced

Heat oven to 350ºF.

Mix cream cheese spread, milk and garlic powder until blended. Cook onions in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 to 7 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Add cream cheese mixture, broth, 1 cup cheddar and parsley; mix well. Remove from heat. Gently stir in potatoes.

Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake 45 min. Top with remaining cheddar; bake 10 to 15 min. or until potatoes are tender.

Use Your Microwave
To shorten the oven baking time, use your microwave for part of the recipe prep. Instead of slicing the potatoes, cut them into 1-inch cubes; place in 3-qt. microwaveable bowl. Add enough water to cover potatoes; cover with waxed paper. Microwave on HIGH 25 min. or just until potatoes are tender; drain. Meanwhile, cook onions as directed; stir in cooking creme, broth, 1 cup cheese and parsley. Spoon potatoes into 13x9-baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Add cooking creme mixture; stir gently. Top with remaining cheese. Bake in 350ºF oven 15 min. or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 min. before serving.
