Original recipe yields 6 servings
1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp. black pepper
1-1/2 lb. ground beef
6 hamburger bun s, toasted
6 pieces leaf lettuce
1 large tomato, cut into 6 slices

Heat grill to medium heat.
Mix cheese and pepper. Mix about 4 tsp. with the meat; shape into 6 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
Grill 5 min. on each side. Top with remaining cheese mixture; grill 2 min. or until burgers are done (160ºF).
Fill buns with lettuce, tomatoes and burgers.
Prepare using lean ground beef.
