What You Need
Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 slices sourdough bread
1 Tbsp. KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
6 fresh basil leaves
1 KRAFT Slim Cut Sharp Cheddar Cheese Slice
1 thin red onion slice
3 thin avocado slices
2 thin tomato slices
1/2 cup baby spinach leaves

Let's Make It
Heat panini grill sprayed with cooking spray.
Spread 1 bread slice with mayo. Fill bread slices with remaining ingredients.
Grill 2 to 3 min. or until golden brown.
If You Don't Have a Panini Grill
Heat skillet on medium heat. Cook sandwich 3 min. on each side or until cheese is melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides, gently pressing down top of sandwich with spatula to flatten slightly as it cooks.
Serve with smart sides such as a piece of fruit and a glass of fat-free milk.
