What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
1 pkg. (1 oz.) TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix
12 tostada shells (6 inch)
6 oz. Queso Blanco VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 small tomato, chopped
3 green onions, thinly sliced

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Cook meat with seasoning mix as directed on package.
Place shells on baking sheet; fill with meat mixture. Top with VELVEETA.
Bake 10 min. or until VELVEETA is melted. Top with tomatoes and onions.
Serve with a side of rice to round out the meal.
Top evenly with 1/2 cup chopped lettuce in addition to the tomatoes and onions.
