What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 lb. Italian turkey sausage links, casings removed
2 plum tomatoes, diced
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
2 cups water
1 pkg. (10 oz.) VELVEETA Shells & Cheese Dinner

Let's Make It
Saute onion and garlic in oil in a large skillet over medium heat until tender. Add sausage and cook, stirring to break up meat, 5 min. or until browned.
Add tomatoes and spinach; saute for 3 min. Add water; bring to boil. Stir in Shells.
Cook over medium-low heat 14 min. or until Shells are tender, stirring frequently. Stir in Cheese Sauce until well blended.
Sprinkle with KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese.
Serve with a cold glass of prepared CRYSTAL LIGHT Iced tea.
