Heat oven to 350ºF.
Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray.
Cook butter and chocolate in saucepan on medium heat until butter is melted. Remove from heat; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
Add sugars, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Stir in flour, then 1/2 cup nuts. Pour into prepared pan; sprinkle with remaining nuts.
Bake 30 min. Cool completely. Use foil handles to remove brownie from pan before cutting to serve.
