What You Need
Original recipe yields 5 servings
1-1/4 lb. ground turkey
1 Vidalia onion, cut into 5 slices
5 KRAFT Big Slice Colby Jack Cheese Slice s
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
5 thin multi-grain sandwich bun s
1/2 cup arugula

Let's Make It
Heat greased grill to medium heat.
Shape turkey into 5 patties. Grill patties and onions 8 to 10 min. or until burgers are done (165ºF) and onions are tender, turning after 5 min. Top burgers with cheese.
Remove burgers and onions from grill. Place onions in bowl. Add barbecue sauce; toss to coat.
Fill buns with arugula, cheeseburgers and onions.
Serve with fresh fruit.
Prepare using hamburger buns.
