What You Need
Original recipe yields 16 servings
1/4 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. zest and 1 Tbsp. juice from 1 lemon
1/2 lb. cooked cleaned medium shrimp, chopped
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper s
1 green onion, sliced

Let's Make It
Mix mayo, dry seasonings, lemon zest and lemon juice in medium bowl until blended.
Add shrimp and vegetables; mix lightly.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Spoon shrimp mixture onto crackers just before serving, adding about 1 Tbsp. shrimp mixture to each cracker.
In addition to serving the shrimp salad on crackers, you can also serve it spooned into hollowed-out cucumber slices.
