1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
1 jar (4 oz.) chopped pimentos, drained
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 pkg. (7 oz.) KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup red pepper strips

Process all ingredients except pepper strips in food processor until smooth.

Place large scoops of cottage cheese mixture in candy cane-shape on platter. Smooth with knife or spatula.

Decorate with pepper strips to resemble a candy cane.
