2 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon
2 canned pineapple rings, well drained
2 slices honey wheat bread, toasted
1 Tbsp. KRAFT Mayo Hot & Spicy Flavored Mayonnaise
1/2 cup baby salad greens

Cook bacon in skillet as directed on package; remove from skillet, reserving 1 tsp. dripping in skillet. Drain bacon on paper towels.
Add pineapple to skillet; cook on medium-high heat 4 min. or until lightly browned, turning after 2 min.
Spread toast slices with mayo; fill with greens, pineapple and bacon.
Instead of cooking the bacon in the skillet, cook it in the microwave following the directions on the package. Discard all bacon drippings. Use a panini grill to cook the pineapple.
Prepare using 1 cored fresh pineapple slice.
