What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef
4 oz. VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/3 cup RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
6 hamburger buns
6 pieces leaf lettuce
1 large tomato, cut into 6 slices

Let's Make It
Heat grill to medium heat.
Shape meat into 6 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (160ºF).
Meanwhile, microwave VELVEETA and tomatoes in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 3 min.
Place burgers on bottom halves of buns; top each with 2 Tbsp. VELVEETA sauce. Cover with lettuce, tomato slices and tops of buns. Refrigerate remaining VELVEETA sauce to use as desired. (See tip.)
Prepare using 2% Milk VELVEETA.
How to Use the Remaining VELVEETA Sauce
Refrigerate leftover sauce up to 3 days. Then, reheat and serve as a dip with cut-up fresh vegetables or spooned over grilled steaks.
