What You Need
Original recipe yields 12 servings
1-1/2 tsp. olive oil
1/2 each small green and yellow pepper, cut into strips, halved
1 small onion, slivered
24 RITZ Crackers
24 slices OSCAR MAYER Pepperoni
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 Tbsp. CLASSICO Traditional Pizza Sauce

Heat oven to 350ºF.
Heat oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat. Add vegetables; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender.
Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with pepperoni, vegetables, cheese and pizza sauce.
Bake 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
Use Your Microwave
Top crackers with ingredients as directed; place 8 crackers on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 30 sec. or until cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining crackers.
