What You Need
Original recipe yields 20 servings
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Hickory Smoke Barbecue Sauce
3 Tbsp. apple juice
2 Tbsp. honey
1 pork butt (9 lb.)
2 Tbsp. barbecue rub seasoning
60 mini sandwich bun s, split

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 300ºF.
Mix first 4 ingredients until blended; reserve 3/4 cup sauce.
Place meat, fat-side up, in roasting pan. Rub with barbecue rub seasoning; brush with reserved sauce.
Bake 7 hours or until done (145ºF), brushing occasionally with remaining sauce. Cool slightly.
Remove meat from pan; shred with 2 forks. Return meat to pan; toss to evenly coat with sauce.
Serve with coleslaw.
Substitute Roasting Pan
If you don't have a roasting pan, you can use a 13x9-inch baking pan instead.
