Add chicken to skillet; cook on medium heat 5 min. on each side or until done (165ºF). Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm. Add potatoes to skillet; cook and stir 7 to 9 min. or until heated through.
Crumble bacon; stir into potatoes. Top with chicken and cheese; cover. Cook 2 min. or until cheese is melted.
How to Check Chicken For Doneness
Check that the chicken's internal temperature is at least 165ºF. When the chicken is totally cooked, the juices should run clear.
