These cone-shape bags, filled with homemade orange-flavor popcorn, are sure to snag any rabbit-eared kiddos hopping around the Easter party.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 12 servings
12 cups popped popcorn
1/3 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1 env. (0.13 oz. to 0.23 oz.) KOOL-AID Unsweetened Drink Mix, any orange color
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Heat oven to 225ºF.
Spread popcorn evenly onto bottom of 15x10x1-inch pan.
Melt butter in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add sugar and corn syrup; mix well. Bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Cook 3 min., stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add drink mix and baking soda; mix well. Pour over popcorn; stir gently to evenly coat popcorn with sugar syrup.
Bake 40 min., stirring every 10 min.
Spread onto large sheet of waxed paper sprayed with cooking spray; cool completely. Break into small pieces to serve.
