What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
1 Tbsp. oil
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 can (10-1/2 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes with green chiles, undrained
1 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
1 tsp. chili powder
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
12 corn tortilla s (6 inch), cut into strips
1 cup tortilla chips (1 oz.), coarsely crushed
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 350°F.
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add vegetables; cook 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
Stir in chicken, soup, tomatoes, dressing and chili powder.
Spread 1/3 of the tortilla strips onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover with layers of 1/3 each of the chicken mixture and cheese. Repeat layers twice.
Bake 30 min. or until heated through. Top with crushed chips and cilantro.
Prepare using chopped cooked turkey.
Pair this creamy casserole with a hot steamed fresh vegetable, or a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Lite Dressing.
Prepare casserole in foil-lined baking dish, making sure there is enough foil extending over edges of dish to cover and seal. Freeze casserole until firm. Remove from dish; wrap tightly with foil. Place foil-wrapped casserole in freezer-weight resealable plastic bag. Label and date. When ready to thaw, unwrap frozen casserole and return to original baking dish. Thaw overnight in refrigerator, then bake as directed just before serving.
