10 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Butcher Thick Cut Hickory Smoked Bacon, chopped
3/4 cup frozen corn
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper s
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
1 cup buttermilk
2 egg s

Heat oven to 450ºF.

Mix first 5 ingredients in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; stir just until blended.

Pour into 12-inch cast iron skillet.

Bake 18 to 20 min. or until golden brown. Cool slightly.

Prepare batter as directed; pour into 9-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 20 to 25 min. or until golden brown.

Don't have buttermilk? Just add 1 Tbsp. HEINZ Distilled White Vinegar or lemon juice to 1-cup measuring cup, then add enough milk to measure 1 cup. Stir. Let stand 5 min. then use as directed.
