1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp. chipotle chile pepper powder
4 cups tortilla chips (4-1/2 oz.)
1-1/2 cups pico de gallo
1 container (8 oz.) guacamole
1 cup pitted black olives
1 pkg. (8 oz.) CRACKER BARREL Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, cut into 16 slices
1 pkg. (8 oz.) CRACKER BARREL White Cheddar Cheese with Jalapeño Peppers, cut into 16 slices

Mix sour cream and chile pepper powder; spoon into small serving bowl. Place on large serving tray or platter.
Fill separate serving dishes with chips, pico de gallo, guacamole and olives; place on platter.
Surround with remaining ingredients.
