Original recipe yields 2 servings
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon

Heat oven to 375ºF.
Place wire cooling rack in shallow foil-lined pan; spray with cooking spray.
Mix first 3 ingredients in shallow dish; spread evenly over both sides of bacon. Place on wire rack.
Bake 20 min. or until crisp and golden brown. Cool several minutes before removing from rack to serve. (Bacon will be very hot.)
Pecan-Crusted Black Pepper & Brown Sugar Bacon
Coat bacon and place on wire rack as directed; sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. finely chopped PLANTERS Pecans. Bake as directed.
Kicked-Up Black Pepper & Brown Sugar Bacon
Prepare as directed, adding 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne) to the brown sugar mixture before spreading onto bacon slices and baking as directed.
