3 carrots, peeled, sliced
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 onion, chopped
8 boneless skinless chicken thighs (2 lb.)
1 jar (24 oz.) OLIVO by CLASSICO Traditional Pasta Sauce
1/4 cup KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing
6 cups whole wheat penne pasta, uncooked
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Place vegetables in slow cooker; top with chicken. Mix pasta sauce and dressing; pour over chicken. Cover with lid.

Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 4 hours). About 15 min. before serving chicken, cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
