What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
1-1/2 cups boiling water
1 pkg. (6 oz.) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
2-1/2 cups cold seltzer
1 can (11 oz.) DOLE Mandarin Oranges, drained

Let's Make It
Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in seltzer. Refrigerate 40 to 45 min. or until thickened but not set.
Reserve 1 cup gelatin; place in medium bowl. Set aside. Stir oranges into remaining gelatin; spoon into 8 champagne glasses.
Beat reserved gelatin with mixer on high speed until doubled in volume; spoon over gelatin in glasses. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
Use 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O SIMPLY GOOD Orange Tangerine Flavor Gelatin.
Save 70 calories per serving by preparing with 2 pkg. (0.3 oz. each) JELL-O Orange Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin.
Prepare using JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin and 1 cup sliced strawberries.
Substitute champagne or sparkling wine for the seltzer.
