1/3 cup KRAFT Lite Creamy Caesar Dressing, divided
8 cups tightly packed torn romaine lettuce
1 cup seasoned croutons
1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Place fish in single layer in 8- or 9-inch square baking dish; brush with 2 Tbsp. dressing.

Bake 15 to 17 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
