What You Need
Original recipe yields 12 servings
1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Lime Vinaigrette Dressing
1 Tbsp. grated gingerroot
1/2 lb. angel hair pasta, cooked, cooled
1 cup snow peas, cut in half
1/2 cup sliced radishes
1 carrot, shredded
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 cup PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts, chopped

Mix dressing and ginger until blended.
Combine all remaining ingredients except nuts in large bowl. Add dressing mixture; toss to coat. Refrigerate 30 min.
Top with nuts just before serving.
If desired, moisten salad with additional 2 Tbsp. dressing just before serving.
For added flavor, stir 1/2 tsp. sesame oil into dressing mixture before tossing with noodle mixture.
Salad can be stored in refrigerator up to 24 hours before topping with nuts and serving.
