4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
1/2 cup PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 jar (6 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup drained jarred roasted red pepper s, chopped
1 tsp. garlic powder

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Place chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with cream cheese spread.
Combine remaining ingredients; spoon evenly over chicken.
Bake 30 to 35 min. or until chicken is cooked through (165ºF).
Serve this easy main dish with a crisp mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Light Dressing.
