1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast s, cut into strips
3 cups mixed cut-up fresh vegetables (broccoli, red peppers and snow peas)
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
3/4 cup PLANTERS Dry Roasted Almonds
2 cups hot cooked long-grain white rice

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; stir-fry 4 to 5 min. or until no longer pink. Add vegetables; stir-fry 2 min.
Stir in hoisin sauce and soy sauce; bring to boil. Add nuts; stir-fry until chicken is done and mixture is heated through.
Serve over rice.
