What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 tsp. oil
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast s, cut into thin strips
3 cups fresh stir-fry vegetables
1/4 cup KRAFT Italian Dressing
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. garlic powder

Let's Make It
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry 5 min. or until evenly browned.
Stir in remaining ingredients; cover.
Cook 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
Serve over hot cooked rice.
Prepare using 1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot and 2 minced garlic cloves instead of the ground seasonings.
Refrigerate any leftovers. Then, wrap in flour tortillas the next day and microwave just until warmed before serving as part of a quick lunch.
