A tasty blend of BBQ sauce, peanut butter and soy sauce gives this Super-Simple Chicken Sitr-Fry its super flavorful sauce.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/2 lb. spaghetti, uncooked
2 tsp. canola oil
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast s, cut into strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/2 lb. sugar snap peas
1/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce

Let's Make It
Cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken, garlic and pepper sauce; stir-fry 2 min. Add peas; stir-fry 3 min. or until chicken is done.
Add barbecue sauce, peanut butter and soy sauce; cook and stir 1 min. or until sauce is thickened.
Drain spaghetti. Serve topped with chicken mixture.
Keeping it Safe
Cutting boneless skinless chicken breasts into pieces can be a slippery task. Make it safer and prevent the knife from slipping by cutting the chicken while it is partially frozen. The firmer chicken is much easier to cut and handle.
