1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces

1 onion, chopped
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1-1/2 cups water
1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
