Sure, you could purchase a ginger crumb crust. But why would you? This recipe, made with crushed gingersnaps, butter and sugar, is a cinch to make.

25 gingersnaps, finely crushed
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, melted
2 Tbsp. sugar

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix crushed gingersnaps, butter and sugar. Press firmly onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.

Bake 8 min. Cool completely.

Crust can also be used without baking. Mix all ingredients and press into pie plate as directed. Fill with your favorite chilled or frozen pie filling.
