6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
1 Tbsp. oil
2 cups water
3 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1-1/4 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Cook chicken in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 3 to 4 min. on each side or until done (165°F). Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
Add water and broccoli to skillet; bring to boil. Add stuffing mix; stir just until moistened.
Return chicken to skillet; sprinkle with cheese. Cover; cook on low heat 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
