Original recipe yields 4 servings
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
1 pkg. (8 oz.) sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1/3 cup KRAFT Lite Creamy Caesar Dressing
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Let's Make It
Heat large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cover skillet with lid. Cook 5 to 7 min. on each side or until chicken is cooked through (165ºF). Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.
Add mushrooms to skillet; cover. Cook 4 min. or until cooked through, stirring occasionally.
Stir in broth and dressing. Return chicken to skillet. Cook and stir 1 min. or until chicken is coated and heated through. Sprinkle with cheese.
Serve with steamed broccoli and hot cooked whole wheat pasta.
