2 cups broccoli florets
1 red onion, halved, sliced

1/4 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth

Heat large heavy nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and broccoli; stir-fry 5 min.
Add onions, dressing and broth; cover. Stir-fry 3 to 4 min. or until chicken is done and vegetables are crisp-tender.
Use whatever veggies you have on-hand - try snow peas and red peppers instead of the broccoli and red onions.
