Original recipe yields 6 servings
2 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
1 Tbsp. oil
5 small carrot s (1/2 lb.), peeled, shredded
1/2 onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
3 cups shredded cooked chicken
6 KRAFT Singles, cut up
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Cook pasta as directed on package.
Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add carrots, onions and garlic; cook 3 min., stirring frequently. Stir in chicken; cook 2 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
Drain pasta, reserving 1-1/4 cups cooking water. Return pasta to pan; stir in reserved water and Singles. Cook on medium heat 2 min. or until Singles are completely melted and sauce is well blended. Add to chicken mixture with parsley; mix well. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
Stir 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne) into cheese sauce before adding to cooked pasta.
The KRAFT Singles are melted in the reserved pasta cooking water for a quick cheesy sauce. For best results, the Singles must be completely melted before adding the sauce to the other ingredients in skillet.
