Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add enough water to reserved juice to measure 2 cups; set aside. Add boiling water to lemon gelatin mixes; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in reserved pineapple liquid and pineapple tidbits. Pour into large bowl sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 50 min. or until set but not firm.
Mix 2 cups yogurt and dry orange gelatin mixes in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 4 min. or until gelatin is completely dissolved, stirring every 2 min. Stir in remaining yogurt. Pour slowly over lemon layer. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
Unmold dessert onto plate. Top with COOL WHIP just before serving.
Use 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O SIMPLY GOOD Orange Tangerine Flavor Gelatin.
Garnish with thin orange slices just before serving.
Prepare as directed, substituting 16 (4-oz.) custard cups or dessert glasses for the large bowl, and reducing the gelatin refrigerating time if necessary. If preparing in dessert glasses, no need to unmold before topping with the COOL WHIP.
