Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Add water, Seasoning Mix and Pasta; stir.
Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 8 to 10 min. or until pasta is tender and most of the water is absorbed. Remove from heat.
Stir in VELVEETA Cheese Sauce; top with mozzarella.
Prepare using ground turkey breast.
